    Susana Aldanondo earned her MFA at the New York Academy of Art, also holds a degree in Fine Arts in Painting from the Art Students League of New York, and a BA in International Relations.
    She takes her studio out into the streets of New York, creating nonrepresentational work in the public space of New York City.
    She is known for her understanding of form, color, chroma and her deep understanding of form. She has a deep understanding of abstraction, and its connection to emotion beyond place or form.
    She has been sketching and painting at Central Park Tango since 2021.

    Her work has been acquired by important collectors in Asia, it can also be found in the Permanent Collection at The Art Students League of New York, the Rema Hort Mann Foundation as a contributing artist, acquired by Iris Apfel (New York, NY) among others.
    Her practice has been reviewed by Forbes Latin-America, Hyperallergic, Artland and WhiteHot Magazine.

    Susana is fluent in English and Spanish, and has a basic understanding of Portuguese and Italian.
